You can expect to receive your print within 3-4 weeks from the day you place your order with us. Please keep in mind that the above timeline is an approximation, and is not guaranteed, as it depends on the delivery services in the country of destination.

If you haven’t receive your order after 30 days, please reach out to us directly at that time for support.

Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. Our standard packaging for posters is:

• Flat for posters up to A4 ( < 8.27” x 11.69” or 21cm x 29.7cm)

• Tube for posters above A4 ( > 8.27” x 11.69” or 21cm x 29.7cm)

Some exceptions are:

• Mailing tubes in the following countries:
  DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT

• Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

We do not accept returns on tannerstrachanCREATIVE posters, prints, e-gift cards and digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads or eBooks. Books and calendars may be returned at the shipping expense of the customer, and as long as it is received in its original, unused condition. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the returned product. If a returned item is received and is not in its original, unused condition then it will not be refunded. If this is the case, the customer may have the product shipped back to them at their own shipping expense.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will happily replace products that arrive damaged if photo proof can be provided. Before sending us your damaged order, send us an email. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Just snap a photo of the wall where you'd like to hang the piece and send it our way. We'll digitally mount the artwork onto your wall, giving you a true-to-scale preview so you can feel confident in your choice.

To make the mock-up as accurate (and awesome) as possible:
→ Send the highest resolution image you can
→ Include at least one measured element in the room (e.g., width of the couch or bed, etc.) so we can scale everything properly

This extra step helps us dial in the proportions—and makes sure your final artwork feels just right in your space.

Because our chronic need to please everyone—we offer both options! All jokes aside, we feel it’s important to offer both. If you're all about convenience and ready-to-hang art, then it sounds like framed art is for you. If you're after flexibility or want to frame it your own way, go for the unframed option—perfect for custom matting, dorm rooms or gallery walls. All our frames are sustainably sourced and built to last.

If you'd like additional support or information with  framing, we are here to help. We can create a custom order together choosing from a select number of wooden frames in Black, White or Natural Wood. You can also arrange framing locally once you receive your print for the most options. We’d recommend this option, especially if you’ve got a special frame in mind.

Unless specifically stated—our shop prices do not include any matting and / or framing. Matting and / or framing is available upon request. For custom orders, additional images, sizes, and formatting options, please reach out to us directly before placing an order.

We treat every print like our baby—because it is. Unframed prints are carefully rolled in protective tubes; framed prints are wrapped and boxed with corner guards and cushioning. We ship almost anywhere around the world with trusted partners, and tracking is included on all orders. Wherever you are, your art is in good hands.

Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on any of our prints, but we’re here to help if you have questions before ordering. We want you to love what’s on your wall. If your print arrives damaged, we’ll make it right—just send us an email that includes a photo of your damaged item within 7 days of delivery to get started.
