We sketch, paint, shoot, and create with real tools, real paper, real sweat, and real heart before anything enters into the digital realm. Just snap a photo of the wall where you'd like to hang the piece and send it our way. We'll digitally mount the artwork onto your wall, giving you a true-to-scale preview so you can feel confident in your choice.

To make the mock-up as accurate (and awesome) as possible:
→ Send the highest resolution image you can
→ Include at least one measured element in the room (e.g., width of the couch or bed, etc.) so we can scale everything properly

This extra step helps us dial in the proportions—and makes sure your final artwork feels just right in your space.

Giclée (pronounced "zhee-clay"), derived from the French word for "to spray," represents a high-quality printing method renowned for producing exquisite fine art reproductions. This method utilizes sophisticated inkjet technology to meticulously recreate artworks with exceptional detail and vibrancy, closely mirroring the original pieces. Its ability to capture the nuances and essence of original artwork makes it ideal for high-end art production. 

• Exceptional Resolution:
  Giclée printers employ microscopic nozzles, achieving resolutions of 1200 dpi or higher, translating to incredibly precise details and smooth colour transitions.

• Uncompromising Quality:
  Giclée prints are crafted using premium materials, including fade-resistant, pigment-based inks, and acid-free papers, guaranteeing longevity and preserving the artwork's brilliance for generations.

• Expansive Color Spectrum:
  Giclée printing boasts an extensive colour gamut, allowing for the precise and vibrant replication of the original artwork's colour palette.

It’s important to keep in mind, giclée prints are intended for indoor use only. These prints are not suitable for outdoor environments due to their delicate materials and ink, which may degrade when exposed to sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures.

We treat every print like our baby—because it is. Unframed prints are carefully rolled in protective tubes; framed prints are wrapped and boxed with corner guards and cushioning. We ship almost anywhere around the world with trusted partners, and tracking is included on all orders. Wherever you are, your art is in good hands.

We use different packaging depending on the size of the print as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. Our standard packaging for posters is:

• Flat for photos up to A4 ( < 8.27” x 11.69” or 21cm x 29.7cm)

• Tube for photos above A4 ( > 8.27” x 11.69” or 21cm x 29.7cm)

Some exceptions are:

• Mailing tubes in the following countries:
  DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT

• Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

Ready-to-hang, framed prints come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

You can expect to receive your print within 3-4 weeks from the day you place your order with us. Please keep in mind that the above timeline is an approximation, and is not guaranteed, as it depends on the delivery services in the country of destination.

If you don’t receive your order after 30 days, please reach out to us directly at that time for support.

We do not accept returns on tannerstrachanCREATIVE posters, prints, e-gift cards and digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads or eBooks. Books and calendars may be returned at the shipping expense of the customer, and as long as it is received in its original, unused condition. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the returned product. If a returned item is received and is not in its original, unused condition then it will not be refunded. If this is the case, the customer may have the product shipped back to them at their own shipping expense.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will happily replace products that arrive damaged if photo proof can be provided.
